3. Meditation is an art that requires daily practice and can give relief from stress and anxiety. Besides it gives you a sense of well-being, calm and peace. Mediation is good for your body health and cure for blood pressure etc.
For those who are just unable to sit still and practice meditation, it is advisable to at least spend half an hour by themselves in silence and shut out the outside world.
