How To Do Telepathy Exercises

Before we get on to knowing about telepathy exercises, let us first understand what telepathy is. Telepathy is referred to as direct thought transfer from a person to another with no use of usual sensory channels.

It is sending and receiving thoughts with no verbal or written use and is known to be instinctual. Mind to mind contact is involved without any use of sensory channels.

There are three types of telepathy – physical, mental and emotional. In order to learn telepathy one should be able to identify the most suited ones according to one’s own abilities. Now let us look at some mental telepathy exercises. Telepathic Communication Exercises are as below.

Card Exercise- In telepathy before proceeding towards any exercise you need to ensure that you are in your present state, there is no past or future state of mind. Keep yourself calm and relaxed. You need to arrange the following things: sheet of paper, a pack of cards, pencil to make the score sheet.

The sender shuffles the card and makes a selection of one card. The card is tapped then to indicate that the choice of card is made and is sent to the receiver. Post this attempt is made by the receiver to recognize the color of the card and he should speak out loud disclosing the color of the card.

There is another advanced variation of this exercise that can be done. In this advanced stage the card numbers are made use of instead of the card color and that is used to share with the receiver. The queens, jacks, kings, aces should be removed from the card pack. There is should more number cards instead.

Color Exercise – When you are doing telepathy exercises you must ensure that your mind does not wander and remain in the present, not the past or the future. You now need to get someone to help you with this. You need to get different color pencils between you. Both of you need to decide on who is the sender and who will become the receiver. Next one person makes the selection of the color in his mind and begins to share it with the other person mentally.

The receiver should make an effort and peer into the mind of the sender to know about the chosen color and then speak aloud about the color chosen. Whether the choice of the color spoken by the receiver was right or wrong is told by the sender and then this exercise is repeated again till the receiver is able to get the right color. The receiver and sender should exchange places after about 15 minutes.

After these basic exercises are done, the next level of mastery of this should be moved into. All this is referred to as psychology which is very complex and takes some time to gain mastery. Keep repeating these exercises till success is achieved.
