Eat slowly and feel the texture of your food chewing it properly to break down the nutrients your body needs.
Your digestive system will function more effectively if you eat food that is natural and best for digestion. Instead of filling your stomach with junk (zero-nutrients) food all the time, why don’t you turn to healthier ones like fruits, vegetables, and fiber-rich foods like oats. These are quality food and are considered the best in nourishing and cleansing the digestive system.
The best way to deal with stress is to manage it. You can’t avoid it since you are living in a fast-paced world. But having the right attitude and knowledge helps you to take control of your situation and not let stress affect you in a colossal scale.
