In this day of advanced technology, most people have failed to rely on their intuition.Many people are failing to recognise what their inner voice is telling them to do.It is because of this failure to recognise the inner self or higher consciousness that has led to the failure of many people to make wise dicesions.Becuase of the regression that the psychic self has been pushed to,it is being found that many decisions which people are taking is in no way helping this planet to be a better place to live in.Studies in the different science related subjects have proved that all species that exist in this world are linked to each other.It is only when we learn to recognise our psychic self that we will be able to recognise the truth that we are all one and inter related.

It has been found that the mind of a human can be so trained that the divine energy transforms it self as a protective covering to prevent energy which is destructive and injurious to reach the soul.Most of the destruction which takes place is at the soul center.

So it is important that we need to strengthen ourselves through practice. Selfawareness and growth of positve energy is achieved only through yoga and meditation. When we meditate we will find that our aura is expanding in the form of light energy. This energy is seen moving out through the skin and seen all around us which comes into contact with both good and bad energies.

Your aura will form a protective covering around your body. The constructive light energy repeals the destructive negative energy which is trying to hamper your spiritual being. the positive energy drives away the negative energy to its original place.

Every time a person sits for meditation, they will find that the divine energy which is like a protective shield around them enlarging.So when you go about making changes in your daily life in a very positive way like doing meditation and yoga you will find that you are surrounded by a very strong energy force which keeps increasing everyday.This increased protective covering of energy will help shield you from any kind of negative energy. When the mind,body and spirit are connected it gives rise to the formation of influential constructive energy.

Once you have made a contact with your protective covering using the technique of meditation, you will find that it is very easy to protect yourself even otherwise when not in meditation. What you have to do is get your mind to focus in the formation of the protective covering.Keep your hands interlocked while you are in the process of focussing to garner your energy.This will help to generate more energy around your body instead of allowing the energy to become dispersed.

When you focus your mind and go into a meditative mood you will find that self healing happens which further leads to self development also. Meditation helps one to increase their positive thoughts while the negative thoughts get highly reduced.Many of the negative thoughts which generate feelings of lust, jealousy,sloth, greediness cause problems among people.Having negative thoughts will hamper not only the growth of any individual but will also cause disturbances in people around him.This is why we must develop positive emotions like being generous,loving, caring, affectionate and practice goodwill towards others. Meditation will not only help build positive vibrations around the person but also it will spread the positive vibes to others who are around.
